Everyone is welcome to use our City Parks without paying, however if you would like to reserve a park facility at Memorial or Riverside park a fee will be charged. This ensures that the area of your choice will be available at the date and time that you reserve it. A facility use request form must be completed at the Parks and Recreation office and fees paid to guarantee space.
