2 Action: Consider Resolution 04-3745, Establishing and adopting schedules of rates, fees and charges by amending Resolutions 94-2514, 91-2221, 94-2514, 95-2632, 98-3072, 03-3676, 00-3278, 96-2872 and 98-3099

B 1 Public Hearing: Solicit and consider comments on proposal setting rates for natural gas utility; setting fees and policies for water, natural gas and geothermal utilities; adopting water system rate structure

2 Action:

a Consider Resolution No. 04-3748, Setting fees and policies for utilities (rescinding Resolution No. 03-3674)

b Consider Resolution No. 04-3749, Adopting a water system rate structure (rescinding Resolution No. 03-3675)

4 NEW BUSINESS

A Consider Resolution No. 04-3762, Authorizing payment of bills and payroll through August 6, 2004 or at adoption of the 2004/2005 budget, whichever comes first

B Consider Resolution No. 04-3763, Authorizing payment of payroll costs for SPOA employees through July 23, 2004 or at adoption of new MOU, whichever comes first

C Appoint Alan Inman to the full-time, regular position of police officer (backfilling officer retirement)
