D Consider election resolutions:
1 Resolution No. 04-3769, Calling and giving notice of special municipal election to be held on November 2, 2004 for the submission to the voters of two questions
2 Resolution No. 04-3770, Requesting the board of supervisors to consolidate special municipal election to be held with the statewide election to be held on November 2, 2004
3 Resolution No. 04-3771, Setting priorities for filing written arguments regarding City measures and directing the City Attorney to prepare an impartial analysis for each
4 Resolution No. 04-3772, Providing for rebuttal arguments for City measures submitted at municipal elections
