B 1 Public Hearing: Solicit and consider comments on proposal setting rates for natural gas utility; setting fees and policies for water, natural gas and geothermal utilities; adopting water system rate structure

a Consider Resolution No. 04-3748, Setting fees and policies for utilities (rescinding Resolution No. 03-3674)

b Consider Resolution No. 04-3749, Adopting a water system rate structure (rescinding Resolution No. 03-3675)
